The Faction Reputation is a progression system added by Blizzard in Call of Duty DMZ Season 4 as an addition to the classic Faction Missions systems. Reaching a high Reputation Level for specific factions grants you access to unique features such as the Wallet, Stash Expansion, Contraband Stash Expansion, and more.
