The Necrochasm catalyst is a special modifier that adds a bonus perk to your Exotic weapon, improving its stats. To get the exotic catalyst, you must complete the Crota's End Raid special events in the second & third raid encounters. After obtaining it, you can masterwork the catalyst by obtaining 15x Essence of the Oversoul within the raid.
The Necrochasm Catalyst adds the Outlaw Weapon perk, temporarily decreasing the weapon's reload time after a precision kill.
