The Harrowed Qullim's Terminus is a High-Impact Frame Machine Gun added in Destiny 2's Master King's Fall Raid. It's a Raid-Specific weapon used in Power Slot and uses Heavy Ammo. All the weapon's stats are pretty good, but where it shines is Impact: 70, and Range: 68.
QULLIM'S TERMINUS MACHINE GUN - GOD ROLL
The God Roll for PvE is Corkscrew Rifling, Flared Magwell, Heating Up, Killing Tally & Runneth Over.
The God Roll for PvP is Arrowhead Brake, Accurized Rounds, Dynamic Sway Reduction, Firefly & Runneth Over.
This weapon drops with an extra 5th perk called Runneth Over that enhances its potential.
