During Week 1 of the event (Oct 21–27), each bounty guarantees one piece of the outfit: mask, gloves, backpack, and uniform. After this period, the whole outfit becomes available only through the in-game store!

HOW TO GET THE HOUNDSMAN OUTFIT IN DIVISION 2
To earn the Houndsman Outfit, you must defeat Mini Warhounds that appear randomly in the open world during the event and grab Houndsman Bounties. Completing those bounties rewards event caches that drop outfit pieces.
The outfit can also be purchased later from the in-game store, but during the event’s first week, it’s obtainable completely through gameplay.
FASTEST WAY TO GET HOUNDSMAN BOUNTIES
The fastest way to obtain Houndsman Bounties in Division 2 is to farm the Mini Warhounds at the Loot Goblin spawn spots such as Jefferson Trade Center, DCD Headquarters, Lincoln Memorial areas, etc.
