CAN YOU TRADE THE WHIPLASH PISTOL IN THE DIVISION 2?
Yes, you can trade the Whiplash with the players that you were in a party with when the item dropped.
CAN YOU BUY THE WHIPLASH IN DIVISION 2?
You cannot purchase the Whiplash from in-game vendors; however, you can buy the Whiplash from boosting service providers, such as Grindout.
WHIPLASH EXOTIC TALENT
The Whiplash pistol comes with the "Faster Than Reloading" Talent:
- Having this weapon holstered for 5s reloads and primes it. While primed, swapping to this weapon reloads your Primary and Secondary weapons and grants +20% Rate of Fire and +50% Weapon Damage until its magazine is emptied.
- Reloading or swapping from this weapon before its magazine is emptied will remove its stat bonuses.
