After you acquire Artian weapons, you can upgrade their level at the Smithy using reinforcement materials like Drearisite, Specklite, Argecite, and Oricalcite.
You can obtain reinforcement materials from Festival Shares, trade with Nata, dismantle Artian weapons, and smell Arkveld materials. You earn reinforcement points by spending these materials, and you will gain reinforcement bonuses refining your weapon stats with each level up.
