Kosis represents the Delirium Pinnacle boss, which can be fought on three difficulties (Normal, Cruel, and Merciless), for exclusive unique items and Delirium Atlas passive points.
To access the Kosis boss encounter, players must discover the Realmgate on their Atlas, where they can use Simulacrum Splinters to enter the boss's domain. The amount of required Splinters depends on the encounter's difficulty (50 for Normal, 100 for Cruel, and 150 for Merciless difficulty).

REQUIREMENTS
